About

My name is Beatrice Wong and I am currently teaching English in Taiwan. I am a recent graduate of Simon Fraser University. While I studied molecular biology and biochemistry with business, my interests are not confined to just those two subjects.

I started this blog in my last semester at SFU as part of BUS 493: Social Innovation. Each student was asked to start a blog that reflected the social problems we were each uniquely interested in. This blog contained my findings (and opinions!) regarding the social problems that affect the well-being of women.

I have been away from this blog for a year and a half. I’m back (obviously), and while I still care about women’s issues (how can I not?) , I’m not going to limit my scope to just this topic. My goal is to have fun and put my thoughts out there.

    Hi Beatrice
This sounds really interesting. Be really great if you could perhaps focus on a specific issue that affects the well-being of women – do you have one in particular that really interests you?
    Great start!
    Cheers
